Gun violence and the persistent recurrence of shootings in our schools and communities highlight the need to deal with this issue in a productive way with the children we serve. A number of resources are available to help address this issue with children.

The National Council for the Social Studies has developed a list of resources that range from NPR to The New York Times to the March for Our Lives website to articles and videos that can be used primarily with high school age students.   

American Psychological Association offers tips for addressing the topic of gun violence.
